BeFree Health only asks for the information needed to respond to a conversation request or improve the website responsibly.

Contact Information

If you email BeFree Health or use the contact form on the site, your message may include your name, work email, business name, business type, operations challenge, website, phone, preferred follow-up window, and the public-safe business note you choose to write. That information is used to respond to your inquiry and manage the business relationship.

Public-Safe Business Inquiries

The public contact form is for general business operations questions only. Do not submit sensitive health details, personal records, access credentials, urgent health concerns, or information about another person. Deeper discovery happens later through a separately reviewed process.

Analytics

The site is prepared for Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is designed to provide aggregate website metrics without using tracking cookies or cross-site profiling. Analytics are not active unless a Cloudflare Web Analytics site setting is configured.

Third Parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Email forwarding and DNS may also be handled through Cloudflare services.
